SignOffers.com "Hereafter referred to as SignOffers"

Please read and agree to the following terms very carefully before joining. We've tried to keep them as short and simple as possible so they would be easy to understand and follow. All terms and conditions established in this agreement are accepted at the time you register your account. SignOffers reserves the right to update this agreement without prior notification to its members. When changes are made to the Terms of Service, a notification will be provided via email, the SignOffers forum, or on the SignOffers homepage. Any use of SignOffers after the notification is posted establishes your agreement with the Terms of Service. If at any point you do not agree with the Terms of Service, you must not register or delete your membership.

Description of Service: SignOffers is a FREE services which provides its members "Hereafter referred as User" to complete offers, shopping offers and other services through third-parties or affiliate programs. The SignOffers services and website "Hereafter referred to as the Service" shall be provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SignOffers disclaims all responsibility and liability for the availability, timeliness, security, and reliability of the Service. SignOffers reserves the right to change, suspend, or shut down the Service with or without notice, at any time, for any reason, and without any liability to SignOffers. Decisions made by SignOffers regarding the Service, you, any User or User's account, and any other matter related to the Service shall be final. You acknowledge that SignOffers will not entertain an appeal for any decision.

User Eligibility: All Users must be at least 13 years of age, and if you are under 18 years of age you have to obtained your parents consent for your participation in the SignOffers program. All International Users are welcome and User may not have more than one SignOffers account. Additionally, Users are prohibited from selling, trading, or otherwise transferring their SignOffers account to another party. If under the terms of this Agreement you are not eligible to participate in the SignOffers Program, you may not use, subscribe to or access the SignOffers website or the SignOffers Program.

Personal Use: SignOffers is made available for personal use only. One User may have a maximum of one account and only one account per household is allowed. Termination of an account does not merit the creation of a new account. Creation of more than one account by one person is considered fraud and will result in the termination of account. Due to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, you must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to use the Service. You must provide current and accurate information upon registration for the Service. You are solely responsible for keeping your SignOffers account and password confidential.

Proper Use: Your use of SignOffers implies your agreement to the SignOffers Terms of Service "Hereafter referred to as Terms". You agree that you will use the Service in accordance to all laws and regulations, whether local, state, national, or international. You shall never use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or inappropriate purpose. SignOffers reserves the right to investigate your use of the Service by its own volition or per request made by the authorities. You are responsible for every consequence of your account's use.

Payments: Payment to Users is processed for sending threw PayPal.com / MoneyBookers.com / AlertPay service, between the 20th and 25th of each month, assuming they have met the minimum payout (currently 10 U.S. Dollars) for the balance of the account at the final day of the payment processing. SignOffers makes no guarantees regarding the timeliness of payments in the event of interferences which affect SignOffers ability to process payments. These interferences, include but are not limited to, late payments by the Third-Parties, merchants and technical difficulties. SignOffers reserves the right to inspect each User's account activity before payment, to verify the integrity of each User's activities. Any User found to be cheating, attempting to cheat, or providing false information to SignOffers or the Third-Parties shall not be paid and their membership in the SignOffers Program shall be terminated. Additionally, User understands that User payments come from revenue generated by the Third-Parties. Therefore, User acknowledges and agrees that while SignOffers makes every effort to secure revenue generated, if, for any reason, a merchant, advertiser does not pay SignOffers, SignOffers reserves the right to withhold the Users share of said revenue.

Account Inactivity: SignOffers reserves the right to terminate a User's account after 60 days of inactivity. All decisions to terminate an account are final.

Termination: You may cancel your use of the SignOffers Service at any time, by sending an e-mail to support for your account deletion. SignOffers may, at its discretion, terminate any account, for any reason, at any time, without any prior notice or warning. The reasons include, but are not limited to: fraud, system abuse, hate speech, slander, or any other actions found unsuitable by SignOffers. If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by e-mail. If you are found to be offering or using any unauthorized third party software, services, or circumvent or defraud the SignOffers system in any way, your account will be terminated immediately. Legal action may also be initiated. Deletion of your account due to any of these violations results in forfeiture of all account balances and shall lose any and all potential benefits associated with the Service. SignOffers shall neither offer nor owe anything to Users whose accounts have been terminated or suspended.

Spam Policy: Sending unsolicited mail to people, asking them to join SignOffers without any prior contact with you is against our policy. We have ZERO tolerance against spamming and if we receive just ONE SINGLE complaint against you for spamming, we first verify that the spam incident did occur and then we delete your account. Spamming is a violation of the law, and you may be prosecuted for verified spam incidents.

Non-Liability: SignOffers shall, at no time, be held liable for any result of the use of your account, including, but not limited to, termination, suspension, information dissemination, legal proceedings against you, damages (actual or consequential), suits, losses, judgments, litigation costs, attorneys' fees, and any other consequences, of every kind and nature. In addition, the consequences of any decision you make, or action you engage in, on any website listed in our “Available Offers” section are yours alone. SignOffers will take no responsibility for any activity that occurs on any other website. Any decisions made by you to purchase products or services, pay for shipping costs, sign up for trials, or exchange money in any other way are the sole responsibility of you, the User. SignOffers will not be held responsible for any said decisions.

Non-Commitment: SignOffers shall, at no time, have any commitment toward any User. SignOffers shall, at all times, retain a state of non-commitment. SignOffers may, at its discretion, terminate the Service, for one, any, or all Users, for any or no reason, at any time, without any notice. Upon termination of the Service, SignOffers shall remain without commitment toward any User, past or present, terminated, suspended, active, or in any state. SignOffers may, at its discretion, discontinue the Service. Upon discontinuation of the Service, SignOffers shall remain without commitment toward any past User from any previous period or periods of Service availability or suspension.

Content of the Service: SignOffers takes no responsibility for third party content, including, without limitation, any viruses or other disabling features. A third party is defined as any entity that is not SignOffers. SignOffers has neither responsibility nor obligation to monitor third party content. SignOffers reserves the right to remove or refuse to post any content, at any time, including, but not limited to, third party content. Removal or refusal to distribute information will be left solely to the discretion of SignOffers.

Representations: You warrant that all of the information provided by you to SignOffers to participate in the Service and website is accurate and current. You further warrant that any information given to third parties from our site is accurate and current. You warrant that you have all the necessary rights and authority to enter into this agreement and to perform the acts required of you by the Service. Pre paid or virtual credit cards are not accepted and considered as fraud actions.

Indemnification: You agree to hold harmless and indemnify SignOffers, its affiliates, agents and all members from and against any third party claim arising from or in any way related to your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature.

Severability and Headings: If any specific term or condition of the Terms is held to be invalid, void, unenforceable, or illegal, that determination shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Terms. Headings used in the Terms are for convenience, are not substantive and shall not be used to interpret or construe any of the provisions contained within the Terms.

This Terms of Service agreement is a valid legal agreement between the registering party and SignOffers. By registering your account you agree that you are bound to all stipulations found in this agreement and that you have read and understood all terms and conditions listed. You assume all risks and liability arising from your activities conducted on SignOffers.
