  • General
    1. What are the requirements to join?
      You must be 13 years of age or older and need to be in accordance with our terms and conditions. In addition, you must have a desire to earn real money!
    2. How does SignOffers work?
      Here we offer cash and gifts to our members for completing simple offers and shopping online. As a member of SignOffers you will get paid to complete offers and shop online at shopping malls/online stores. We are always on the lookout for high paying offers and reputed merchants. This in turn ensures that all our members enjoy utmost benefits and a full return on the time they spend with us.
    3. How is it possible for you to give cash for nothing?
      Our third party channel partners (Merchants) allow us to provide cash or gifts for members. We get paid from various merchants for every offer you complete or shopping you undertake. From the money that comes in, we pass on maximum share to our members and keep a small percentage of it for upkeep and maintenance and to ensure that this service stays.
    4. Why are the merchants paying so much?
      SignOffers services works on the concept of “get paid to” (GPT). This is a potential tool used by the marketing industry. Instead of merchants paying for unique visits to their site, they pay for unique clients that use/buy their services/products. It is the age-old word of mouth marketing strategy, and it pays off. While they pay us for every client we send to them, we attract more people to be their clients by offering a high payout from the cash we receive for their service with us. All deals are related to offers/shopping undertaken by members.
    5. Is your program open for International members?
      Yes, our program is International and we have no country restrictions, anyone is welcome to join.
    6. What is so special about SignOffers amongst other similar sites?
      Our endeavor is to be more like a community rather then a service; we try to satisfy our members to the optimum by giving them more tools to achieve success with our program: Both gifts and cash rewards with high payouts, reputed merchants to deal with, low minimum payouts, multiple payment methods, high paying referral system, contests, rewards and a warm home to stay at.
    7. Can I close or delete my account?
      Yes you can. Simply contact us through the contact form and we will delete your account and no questions will be asked. This process will soon be automated.
  • Offers & Shopping
    1. What is an offer/shopping?
      An offer/shopping is a way of advertising and marketing our merchant’s products/services with whom we have partnered with.
      In any offer/shopping you will find all the information regarding the merchants services/products, the amount you will get paid for completing each offer or for shopping, country in which the offer is available, link to the merchant’s site, offer type, requirements, and other related details.
    2. What are the types of offers?
      Offers are categorized as Free, Free Trial, Trial and Paid.
      Free: Get the merchant’s services/products for free.
      Free Trial: Try and get the merchant’s services/products for free as long as the free trial period lasts. These are free to an extent but not fully.
      Trial: Try the merchant’s services/products for free. Shipping & handling or other costs are borne by you.
      Paid: There are offers where you need to buy merchant’s services/products. You will get the best deal compared to retail market along with the offer amount you receive from SignOffers, eventually you save from such deals.
    3. How does the shopping section work?
      The shopping section is divided into many categories; in each category there are merchants who offer comparable products/services, i.e., those that belong to the same category. You can complete your regular shopping through merchants listed on SignOffers and receive cash back on the items you have purchased through any merchant’s site. You are paid for every bit of shopping you undertake. We pass on a maximum share to members who partake in any sort of shopping activity.
    4. How much is the cash back from a shopping activity?
      We are paying both fixed cash and by percentage of sale for the shopping you do. You can literally receive up to 100% cash back, which means that you will get paid all the money that was spent on shopping. Though there are only few merchants who do offer such high percentages, but even 40% or 50% is high enough for doing anything unusual – it’s just your daily shopping.
    5. Are offers/shopping available for all countries?
      Some offers/shopping are geo targeted because of the merchant’s choice and are meant only for that specific country/region, if you are residing in that country/region then you can take that offer, else if you are not from that country/region then you will be denied and prevented from accessing it by the system.
    6. What are pending offers?
      The offers which you have taken and completed are added to your pending offers list when you click the offer “done” button. These offers are locked for auditing and approval process.
    7. When will you approve my offer/shopping activity?
      There is no specific time frame for approving an offer, it can be approved within an hour or it can take up to 3 days. Some offers may have a delay in reporting from merchants and these offers can take up to weeks for their approval.
    8. When will you credit my offer/shopping activity?
      After approving an offer/shopping, we have to confirm the same with our merchants/channel partners for any fraud activities involved, which hardly is the case. Once the offer/shopping is approved by SignOffers along with its merchants/channel partners, the offer will get credited to your registered account between the 10th - 15th of every month, just before processing the payments. Some merchants take longer period for finalizing the process, thus such offers/shopping will be delayed for crediting. Details of the offer/shopping can be read at its description page before hand to avoid such delays.
    9. Why offers/shopping are declined?
      An offer/shopping can be declined for many reasons, including the following reasons and many more: cookies, tracking problem, bad completion, fraud, non qualification, or any other action found unsuitable. Please read the following tips carefully and take the necessary steps to avoid them.
      A. Cookie problems: Your browser cookies must be enabled prior to logging in. You also have to make sure to delete browser cookies every time you login to our website, this is to insure that any new cookies that need to be set up while using our service will be set up properly and any old cookies won’t interrupt the process. Cookies will help us and the merchants track & record your activity. For more information you can use the How to Enable Cookies guide.
      B. Tracking problems: Never visit any other website that offers similar services such as SignOffers while taking an offer as it can cross link the tracking cookies; also do not clear your cookies after visiting merchant’s sites.
      C. Bad completion: An offer can be partly completed or not completed at all; in such circumstances, the offer will be declined. Offers/shopping activities have steps to properly complete it, make sure you complete all the steps required. Mostly offers/shopping end up with “Thank You!” page.
      D. Fraud activity: In spite of having no problem with cookies, and we were able to track your activity on the merchant site, if there is any fraud activity involved in using the merchant’s services/products, offer/shopping will be declined. This can happen due to many reasons like bogus information, stolen credit card, virtual credit card, attempt at getting benefited from an offer/shopping which was not available in your country or using a proxy server to do so.
      In no way SignOffers will decline an offer based on its own decision. It’s a solitary cautiousness of the merchant/channel partner.
  • Referrals
    1. What are referrals?
      Referrals are members down lines whom you refer to join SignOffers. You will earn commissions and bonuses from your down line referral.
    2. How does the referral program work?
      It’s simple; there are two types of membership: BASIC (Free) and PREMIUM (Paid).
      With every membership there are different percentages that you can receive from your referral activity.
      BASIC (Free): 15% commission from referral earnings for life and 5% commission on referral upgrades.
      PREMIUM ($25/year or $75/life): 25% commission from referral earnings as long as your subscription period lasts, 10% commission on referral upgrades and 10% commission on referral “Referral Pack” purchase.
    3. Can I purchase referrals?
      Yes you can, it’s called “Referral Pack” and you can get more information about the “Referral Pack” on the buy referrals page, whose link is provided on our member area page.
    4. Can I refer my friends, relatives or family members to earn more money?
      You can refer anyone except your family members; we only allow one account per household. Also keep in mind not to use any illegal activities such as spamming when you refer others. And if we do get any complains regarding spamming by you, it will lead to suspension of your account as we do not tolerate such activities.
    5. Why haven't I received credits for a referral?
      You will receive payment for every activity on your referral, unless that activity was declined because of Inactive referral status. See the declined offers/shopping explanation.
    6. Do you provide banners, text or any other promotional material to advertise the referral link?
      Yes we do, please have a look at the “Referral Tools” section to get familiar with the tools we offer that include a large variety of banners and text links for you to choose from.
